RUAS designs devices to work on land, air or water, with some of our machines working across two elemental environments. Our strategy is to let human operators do the operational thinking initially, while our software partners work to make our machines incrementally smarter. Inventing and designing the robots of tomorrow, while delivering robust, safe and innovative ROV’s with human operators today.
Our in-house made ‘Little Geek’ is capable of traversing small confined spaces for those bespoke operations, whether on land or submerged in water, sand or silt, that are just simply unreachable without significant cost and time-consuming efforts.
We currently use a 360 camera on all our confined space inspection machines. Because 360 footage is spherical by nature it is very difficult to miss anything within range of the camera, ensuring that everything of interest to our clients is not only safely captured, but also limiting exposure and time spent in potentially hazardous environments, directly applying this benefit to our clients.
Perfect for culverts or even riverside herbicide spraying, our internally created Surface Hydro ROV is capable of multiple applications, such as imagery and video footage, both above and below the water’s surface, precision spraying technology, and even LIDAR data capture.
Another spectacular innovation created internally, the Wallcrawler is capable of traversing walls and even ceilings, capturing data while completely eliminating the necessity for scaffolding and rope access workers, ensuring low costs and safety.
