RUAS benefits from a deep understanding of airspace and navigation having worked extensively within aviation and aerospace for 30 years. Our Unmanned Aviation Services division was established in 2012 using our skills and experience to provide remote pilot training and commercial flying operations across multiple industries and rebranded from Resource Group to RUAS in 2017.
We have Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) that are equipped with the latest technology, including electro-optical (EO) and thermal capabilities. This gives RUAS the ability to provide a range of commercial operations to meet your varied requirements across a range of industries including, but not limited to: rail, construction, creative media, surveying, conservation, energy, emergency services and infrastructure.
Our aerial services include the provision of high quality aerial imagery comprising both still and 4K video, close visual inspection data, live video feed, thermal imaging, panoramic stills and 3D models. We are fully regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) – (UAV Number 5613) which means that all of our commercial drone pilots are fully qualified, licensed and insured.
Through both external and internal accreditations granted by the CAA, our team of pilots and instructors are ready to take on new opportunities and applications that benefit any clients and students that seek to really make the most of our experience and professionalism.
RUAS Training Ltd are an industry leading supplier of drone training as an accredited RAE as issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). With experienced instructors who have been delivering drone training for over 8 years as the longest standing NQE, having trained over 3000 remote pilots in gaining their PFCO. Training locations based in Newport, South Wales, Hull and Essex.
